    Georiga Market Assistant Director of Clinic Operations

    Responsible for Managing Nova's 6 clinics in Georgia.  Position to be based in Atlanta.

    Base Salary up to $80,000/ year, Commensurate on experience

    Summary: Directly responsible for all aspects of the Medical Center Clinic operations that are assigned to them.  This individual ensures compliance to all Clinic Operations services, processes and procedures at the Nova clinics within their assigned market. Responsibilities include staff management, development and performance. ADCO works collaboratively with the PT, Physician, PA, and Sales teams to meet Clinic performance goals.
     

    Responsibilities

    Principle Responsibilities:
     

    • Oversees the day-to-day Clinic Operations activities of their market assigned centers.
    • Holds, leads, and develops topic agendas for Center team meetings.
    • Reviews and monitors Clinic Operations activities; recommends changes in, or better utilization of facility's services, equipment and staff.
    • Works with Clinic MCMs to establishes and/or maintain work schedules and assignments of Clinic Operations staff members.
    • Meets, enforces and sets goals and standards for the clinics that are consistent with those of upper management.
    • Conducts employee evaluations, provides counseling, and performs disciplinary actions and terminations.
    • Plans/ensures new hire training and staff development in a timely manner.
    • Maintains with constant review for accuracy and quality, patient medical records in accordance with policy and procedures.
    • Recognizes and diffuses problematic situations before they occur. Provides intervention, resolution of client issues and problems. Works with other members of management to resolve problematic situations as they arise.
    • Ensures procedures and treatments are performed by appropriately trained, licensed and/or certified staff in accordance with Company and/or other regulatory requirements in such areas as DOT, BAT, Drug Screen Collection, X-ray, etc.
    • Works in conjunction with the Medical Clinic Managers and CBO to ensure appropriate, accurate and timely reimbursement for all services rendered.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
     

    • High School degree or equivalent; meets all position requirements; is in good employment standing
    • Minimum 2 - years of experience in Occupational Medicine plus, minimum 1-year previous and/or current supervisory experience.
    • Must be able to travel
    • Possesses a thorough understanding of state specific Workers Compensation laws and regulations.
    • Detail oriented, good organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
    • Possesses a thorough understanding of state specific Workers Compensation laws and regulations.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication skills in both verbal and written form.
    • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, time management, follow-up and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to meet with other ADCOs, Directors, and executive management on a regular basis including off-site and after-hours.

     

    Must be able to relocate to other markets to support organizational growth.
