    The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will proactively maintain and upsell existing medium to small clients from an assigned Book of Business for one or more NOVA centers.  The ISR will work closely with the Sales and Center Leadership to resolve issues and grow their book of business.  The Inside Sales Representative will ensure employer master files for their assigned clients are current and updated in NOVA databases; and will prepare reports and complete projects as directed by inside sales leadership.


    1. Client Retention:
      -Ensure customer service satisfaction amongst clients in assigned book of business.

      -Ensure assigned client base volume increases over prior year.
      -Ensure client profiles and CRM are updated with current information for assigned Accounts.

      -Update protocols, instructions, and carrier information as a result of client contact.
      -Achieve monthly client contact goals.
    1. Care Review meetings: Organize, facilitate, and conduct meetings as needed.
    2. Upsell: Upsell existing clients to generate more visits and revenue.  Identify ancillary services opportunities.
    3. Issue Resolution: promptly address and resolve client concerns uncovered as a result of client contacts.
    4. Client Transition: Work with outside sales rep to transition clients, ensuring a smooth handoff.
    5. Systems: Conduct Occuflex demonstrations to clients.
    6. Special Projects: Assist in hosting in-clinic events and tours, such as Lunch & Learns/employer seminars and open houses where applicable. 
    7. Work on projects as assigned by Sales Leadership.
    8. Document all activities in CRM, including client info, calls, meetings, and tours.
    9. Attain minimum activity levels as assigned by Sales Leadership.
    10. Prepare reports as directed by Sales Leadership.
    11. Meet deadlines for work assignments and inform work status and progress to leadership.
    12. Communicate and work professionally with other staff to ensure efforts are coordinated and high quality service is provided.
    13. Maintain knowledge of all company programs, services, and resources available to clients.
    14. Attend continuing education seminars and meetings as required.
    15. Perform related work as requested and all other duties as assigned.


    1. Bachelors Degree preferred
    2. One year experience in a similar position preferred.

    3. Ability to meet and exceed clients’ needs and expectations.
    4. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    5. Must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational and prioritization skills.
    6. Must be experienced with utilizing CRM program.
    7. Must possess excellent telephone manners and etiquette skills.
    8. Knowledge of effective and professional sales techniques.
    9. Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written directions.
    10. Ability to speak clearly and concisely.
    11. Ability to understand and follow company’s organizational policies and procedures.
    12. Must maintain a professional image and interact professionally with clients, patients, and co-workers.
    13. Perfect knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
