Onsite/Campus Talent Recruiter – Sales Department


The Talent Recruiter is responsible for providing full cycle recruitment expertise for our sales department. This key HR team member will effectively utilize existing recruitment tools and applications and provide innovative ideas to create and deploy best in class approaches to recruitment and candidate selection.

This position partners with hiring managers to thoroughly understand and consult on scoping of positions, best approach to sourcing top talent and management of the entire candidate selection and related administrative processes. The role is fast paced, dynamic and highly consultative requiring a high proficiency in multi-tasking, proactive thinking and written and verbal communication. 



  • Oversee recruiting policies and processes as they relate to on the ground recruiting in the region i.e, hosting job fairs and college campus recruiting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with career services staff, professors, and students groups.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
  • Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
  • Will be responsible for staffing related metrics


  • Minimum 5 years current experience successfully recruiting or talent acquisition with college/university recruiting
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Be able to travel to conduct on-campus interviews and career fairs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to develop strong communication channels with external candidates and a variety of internal managers and executives.
  • Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to manage a requisition load that is cyclical and fast paced
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and interface with all levels of management
  • This position will require frequent travel
