Recruiting Assistant/ Coordinator Opportunity with Fast Growing Healthcare Company
Summary: Recruiting Assistant will provide recruiting support to the recruiting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, sense of commitment, and a desire to succeed. Training will be provided and this is an if office role- this is not a hybrid or remote role. Corproate office is located at Fountain View Dr. & Westheimer. Galleria 77057
Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruiting Team to ensure proper execution of the on-boarding process.
- Serve as primary scheduling contact for contractors and internal customers.
- Oversee travel details and communications between contractors.
- Proactively and positively respond to contractors’ inquiries, concerns and needs.
- Manage the contractor on-boarding process, including background verification, collection of all documentation needed, credentialing approval process, and contractor assignment correspondence.
- Partner with HR staff and internal customers to ensure positive transition from on-boarding to shift assignments.
- Create contractor documents and ensure timely receipt of documents.
- Responsible for coordinating schedule and travel needs
- Responsible for generating reports from the applicant tracking system.
- Provide a high degree of professionalism and customer focus.
- Promptly respond to internal customer’s requests for service and guides customer to the appropriate service provider; will be knowledgeable about all Talent Acquisition services and processes and provides single call resolution.
- Prioritizes and coordinates work to ensure the needs of the Recruiters/customers and contractors are met.
Qualifications
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Minimum of 2+ years staffing corridnator experience or Admin. Assistant experience.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Must have great organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite i.e., word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse patient population.
