1099 LVN and RN Float Pool- Indianapolis, Indiana

• The seasonal onsite nurses will be responsible for administering seasonal flu shots to our clients.

• Flexibility regarding shift hours including evening shifts and weekend shifts.
• Current LVN an RN or license in good standing, and free from restrictions
• 6 months experience as a LVN or RN
• Active CPR/BLS Card
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be willing to answer qualifying vaccine questionnaire: 2 Negative TB Test/ Quantiferon (last 12 months), Varicella Vaccine or Proof of Disease history, MMR vaccine, Tdap vaccine (last 10 years), Hepatitis B Vaccine (3 dose series).
• Must be willing to provide vaccine proof or immunity report.
