- Minimum 1 year experience in heavy medical collections experience- Ability to read and learn technical terms, as well as follow moderately complete instructions furnished in oral, written, diagram or schedule form- Strong organization skills, ability to effectively prioritize and possess time management skills- Strong customer service skills- Ability to learn, retain and develop new skills and concepts at a rapid pace- In possession of a “can-do”, team oriented mentality- Ability to successfully perform duties with minimal supervision (following the training period)- Ability to recognize potentially problematic situations and the reporting of such to Management- Monthly billing send outs to direct bill clients- Handle client accounts, past dues, billing errors, etc.
